Management Team
The key team that drives our organisation is made up of people with different proffessions, skills and abilities. The expectation in most cases is that we would have a very tech heavy team due to the fact that we are a software development house, but the reality is different. Owing to the type of long term nature of the problems we are trying to solve, there is a bigger need to have a management team that understands and has managed similar problems/situations. As a result of this, much as we have a strong, tech heavy development team, they are not the vision carriers of the organiation, but are rather focused on what they do best, which is the development and implementation of well thought out out software solutions.
